We would like to introduce Noguchi Manufacturing's "Deep Drawn Stainless Steel Parts." This product features rib processing aimed at increasing strength and preventing the rotation of mating parts. Rib processing is one method of enhancing strength by creating indentations. When looking to increase strength, one might typically think of thickening the material; however, simply thickening the material can lead to increased weight and larger product size, which are drawbacks.
